Terms of Service

81Learn | Operated by 365NCC LLC

Version 3.0

Effective Date and Last Updated: August 30, 2026

1. Acceptance and contracting party

These Terms form an agreement between the adult account purchaser and 365NCC LLC. By creating or purchasing an account, the purchaser agrees to these Terms and acknowledges the Privacy Policy. If the purchaser authorizes a student to use the account, the purchaser accepts responsibility for the student's use and must ensure the student follows these Terms.

2. Service and independence

81Learn is an AI-powered study aid for AP and AICE coursework. It is not a school, teacher, test administrator, or source of official exam questions. 81Learn is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by College Board, Cambridge University Press & Assessment, or any other examination body. AP and related marks belong to their respective owners.

3. Eligibility and United States scope

  • The Service is offered only for use in the United States.
  • The account purchaser and contracting party must be at least 18 years old.
  • A purchaser may use the account personally or authorize one student age 13-17.
  • Children under 13 may not register for or use 81Learn.
  • One account is for one authorized user and may not be shared among multiple students.

We may request reasonable information to verify eligibility and may suspend an account that does not meet these requirements.

4. Accounts and security

The purchaser must provide accurate information, protect the account credentials, and promptly notify us at info@365NCC.com of suspected unauthorized access. The purchaser is responsible for activity under the account, including activity by an authorized student.

5. AI tutoring

Tutor responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete or incorrect. Users should verify important information with course materials, teachers, and official exam resources. Users must not submit highly sensitive personal information in chat. 81Learn is a study aid and does not guarantee grades, scores, admission, credit, or any educational outcome.

6. Free trial, subscription, and billing

3-day free trial, then $10.00 USD per month until cancelled. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.

A valid PayPal payment method is required to begin the trial. The trial begins when the PayPal subscription is approved. Unless cancelled before the three-day trial ends, PayPal will charge $10.00 USD and will continue charging $10.00 USD approximately every month until cancellation. Any different price or trial presented at checkout controls for that purchase. Trial eligibility may be limited to one trial per purchaser, user, household, payment method, or account.

PayPal processes payments under its own terms and privacy practices. The purchaser authorizes PayPal and 81Learn to establish the recurring subscription described at checkout.

6.1 Cancellation

Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge. A purchaser may cancel online through the 81Learn profile page or contact info@365NCC.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. After a paid monthly charge, access normally continues through the paid-through date shown in the account.

6.2 Refunds

Charges are generally non-refundable after processing, except where required by law or where 81Learn terminates a compliant paid account without cause before the end of its paid period. Contact us promptly if you believe a charge was unauthorized or erroneous.

6.3 Price changes

We will provide advance notice of a subscription price change as required by applicable law, together with information about how to cancel before the new price applies.

7. Acceptable use

Users may not:

  • Use the Service unlawfully, abusively, or to harm another person.
  • Attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
  • Share credentials, resell access, scrape content, or interfere with the Service.
  • Submit AI output as original work when doing so violates a school's rules.
  • Use the Service to create malware, facilitate cheating, or infringe third-party rights.

8. Intellectual property

81Learn software, design, original content, and branding are owned by or licensed to 365NCC LLC. Subject to these Terms, we grant the authorized user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal educational use.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, processed, disclosed, retained, and deleted. The purchaser must review it before creating an account and should ensure an authorized student understands the age-appropriate privacy information.

10. Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, replace, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. If we permanently discontinue a paid Service, we will provide any refund required by law or a reasonable prorated refund for unused prepaid time.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation, fraud, abuse, unlawful conduct, threats to security, payment failure, or conduct that harms the Service or others. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address an ordinary violation. No refund is owed for termination based on the purchaser's or user's material breach, except where required by law. If we terminate a compliant paid account without cause, we will provide a reasonable prorated refund for unused prepaid time.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” 365NCC LLC DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT THE PURCHASER PAID FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. These limits do not apply where the law does not permit them.

13. Governing law and disputes

Florida law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer protections in the purchaser's home state remain applicable. Before filing a claim, contact info@365NCC.com and allow 30 days for an informal resolution. Subject to applicable law and small-claims jurisdiction, disputes may be brought in state or federal courts located in Florida.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted with a new version and effective date and, where appropriate, communicated by email or presented for renewed acceptance. Changes will not retroactively expand our rights to previously collected information.
