Effective Date and Last Updated: August 30, 2026
1. Scope
This Policy explains how 365NCC LLC processes information through 81Learn. 81Learn is offered for use in the United States. The account purchaser must be at least 18. One student age 13-17 may use an account authorized by a parent or legal guardian. Children under 13 may not register for or use the Service.
2. Information we process
- Account data: email address, securely protected credentials, internal user ID, session data, and account timestamps.
- Eligibility and consent: purchaser role, adult and U.S. confirmations, student age authorization where applicable, policy versions, and acceptance timestamps.
- Subscription data: plan, status, trial and paid-through dates, cancellation history, PayPal subscription identifiers, and limited payment-event records. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
- AI interactions: prompts, relevant conversation history, selected course context, and AI responses are processed to deliver and moderate the tutor experience.
- Usage records: account or browser identifier, course and feature, input/output token counts, estimated service cost, timestamps, and rate-limit counters. We do not store student chat text in the primary account or usage databases.
- Resource activity: user ID, course, requested file, download path, timestamp, and browser user-agent information for protected downloads.
- Contact and communications: name, email, subject, message, and transactional email contents.
- Technical and security data: IP address, browser/device information, requested URL, referring URL, server logs, authentication cookies, and security events.
3. How we use information
- Provide accounts, subscriptions, protected resources, and AI tutoring.
- Generate and moderate AI responses and enforce usage limits.
- Process payments, reconcile subscriptions, and provide customer support.
- Send account, security, trial, payment, cancellation, and support messages.
- Prevent fraud, spam, misuse, and threats to the Service.
- Maintain records required for accounting, disputes, and legal compliance.
- Operate, diagnose, and improve reliability using first-party operational records.
We do not sell personal information, use student prompts or learning activity for advertising, or use cross-site behavioral advertising or retargeting pixels.
4. AI processing
81Learn is an AI tutoring service. When a user chats with a tutor, the prompt and relevant conversation context are transmitted to a contracted AI service provider to moderate the input and generate a response. The provider may temporarily process or retain inputs and outputs for service delivery, security, and abuse prevention under its business data terms. 81Learn does not authorize the provider to use student prompts for advertising. Users should not enter highly sensitive personal information in chat.
5. Service-provider categories
We disclose information as necessary to contracted providers that support:
- Cloud hosting, security, authentication, and database infrastructure.
- AI response generation and safety moderation.
- Usage metering, rate limiting, and operational monitoring.
- Transactional and support email delivery.
- Spam prevention and CAPTCHA verification.
- Payment processing through PayPal, which receives payment and billing information under its own privacy statement.
Providers are permitted to process information for contracted services and other limited purposes allowed by their agreements and applicable law. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate protections.
6. No third-party analytics or advertising pixels
81Learn does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Reddit Pixel, Facebook Pixel, third-party retargeting cookies, or customer-list advertising. Advertising platforms may report that a person clicked an advertisement within their own service, but 81Learn does not send those platforms the visitor's subsequent 81Learn activity for conversion tracking. Our hosting infrastructure still processes ordinary request and security logs.
7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage that are needed to operate the Service:
- Authentication and session cookies that keep an account signed in.
- A signed tutor identity cookie used to attribute usage to the authorized account.
- An anonymous browser identifier when a tutor cannot identify a signed-in account.
- Security and preference data necessary for reliable operation.
Clearing cookies may sign the user out, reset anonymous usage attribution, or affect Service functionality.
8. Children and students
81Learn is not directed to children under 13 and does not offer an under-13 consent pathway. If we learn that a child under 13 supplied personal information, we will suspend the account and delete the information as reasonably required. A parent who believes a child under 13 used the Service should contact info@365NCC.com.
81Learn is currently a direct-to-consumer study service. It does not claim that ordinary consumer accounts are school-sponsored FERPA services. Any future school or district use requiring education records must be governed by a separate written agreement and appropriate student-privacy review.
9. Retention
- Account and subscription data are retained while needed to operate the account and resolve subscription issues.
- Payment and consent records may be retained as needed for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal obligations.
- AI chat text is not written to 81Learn's primary account or usage databases; the contracted AI provider may temporarily retain API inputs and outputs under its business data terms.
- Usage records, protected-download events, audit records, rate limits, and server logs are retained for operational, security, and accountability purposes and periodically minimized or deleted.
- Contact messages and transactional email records are retained as reasonably needed to respond and document the communication.
We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to backups, legal obligations, security needs, and records required to establish or defend claims. We will not promise a fixed deletion period unless the operational system enforces it.
10. Choices and requests
Depending on applicable law, a U.S. resident may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Requests may be submitted to info@365NCC.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may verify the requester's identity and may retain information where an exception applies. Users can also cancel a subscription and delete an account through the available account tools.
81Learn does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will honor applicable browser-based privacy signals if our practices change in a way that requires them.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transmission, restricted administrative access, protected authentication cookies, row-level database controls, rate limits, and payment processing by PayPal. No system is completely secure. Report a suspected account compromise to info@365NCC.com.
12. External links
External websites have their own privacy practices. A link from 81Learn does not mean we control or endorse those practices.
13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy prospectively. Material changes will be posted with a revised version and effective date and, where appropriate, communicated by email or presented for renewed acknowledgment. We will not quietly expand the use of previously collected information in a materially inconsistent way.
